Managing your ideas, categories, and statuses

Open your saved and submitted ideas

Use these sections to review your own idea activity:
  1. My Ideas to see all the ideas you have submitted across the spaces you have access to

  1. Bookmarks to quickly access ideas you have saved


Manage categories and statuses

If you are a host or admin, you will also see Manage.
Use Manage to configure:
  1. The categories members can choose from while posting ideas
  2. The statuses used to track progress

For categories, you can create categories and associate them with the Community Wall or with Spaces.
  1. Click + New Category.
  2. Enter the Category Title.
  3. Select a Space or Wall to associate this category with.
  4. Click Create.


For statuses:
  1. Click + Add Status.
  2. Enter a status name.
  3. Choose a background color. This helps differentiate progress visually.


Browse ideas by community or space

You can also browse ideas specifically at the community level or filter ideas from a specific space, depending on your access.
