Viewing insights for Space
Overview
This feature helps space admins track engagement, activity, and growth within a space. It provides key data to understand how members interact and how the space is performing over time.
Who can view space insights?
Only Super host, community hosts, and space admins can view space insights.
How to access space insights
- Go to the space you'd like to view insights for.
- Click the three dots icon near the space header.
- From the dropdown, select Space Insights.
- In the pop-up, you’ll see details such as:
- Overall activity
- Member stats
- Engagement metrics
- Audience engagement
- Top participants
- Top posts
- Engagement graph
- Weekly activity
A brief on data shown in space insights
Overall activity and Member stats
- Overall activity- Shows the total posts, reactions, comments, and comment reactions.
- Member stats- Helps you track active members, new joiners, and participation rates.
Engagement metrics
View the engagement rate based on user interaction in the space, along with the sentiment meter, which shows how the space is perceived from the members' perspective.
The sentiment meter uses data like post reactions, comments, and replies.
Top Participants and Top Posts
- Top Participants- Shows users with the highest activity (posts, comments, and reactions).
- Top Posts- Lists posts with maximum engagement, along with the author’s name.
Engagement graph and Weekly activity
View a chart representation of engagement trends and weekly activity to monitor how the space is performing.
How to export space insights
If you’d like to keep insights handy, you can export them to your device:
- Click the three dots icon near the space header.
- Select Space Insights from the dropdown.
- Click Export in the top-right corner.
- Click View Fields and select the data you'd like to include in the export.
- Choose your export options and click Export.
Once the export file is ready, you'll receive an in-product notification
