Using per-post actions and reviewing completed Town Hall sessions
Use per-post actions
For any question, announcement, or poll in a Town Hall session, click the three-dot menu on that item to access more actions.
In Question: Depending on your permissions, you can:
- Edit this question
- Copy question URL
- Follow
- Bookmark
- Read Later
- Disable comments and answers
- Report
- Delete
In Poll: Depending on your permissions, you can:
- Edit this post
- Copy post URL
- Follow
- Bookmark
- Read Later
- Mark as Mandatory
- Disable comments
- Disable Poll
- Report
- Delete
In Announcement: Depending on your permissions, you can:
- Edit this post
- Copy post URL
- Follow
- Bookmark
- Read Later
- Mark as Mandatory
- Disable comments
- Report
- Delete
Review completed sessions
Once a Town Hall session ends, it moves to Completed.
In a completed Q&A session, you can review the:
- Questions
- Announcements
- Polls shared during the session
For a completed Live Broadcast session, you can also access:
- The session recording
- The questions asked during the live broadcast
Even after the session ends, engagement can continue through comments and replies on the existing posts.
Use bookmarked and followed post shortcuts
Use the left navigation panel to open:
- Bookmarked questions
- Followed posts
These shortcuts help you track important activity and revisit key discussions without searching through every session.
