Editing and deleting a Web Tab

Overview
Web tabs let you access your favorite websites from within Zoho CommunitySpaces. If you ever need to edit or delete the tab, you can do it so easily.

Who can edit a web tab?  

  • Private web tabs- Only the creator can edit them.
  • Space-level web tabs- Space admins, Community Hosts, and the Superhost can edit them.
  • Community-level web tab- Community Hosts and the Superhost can edit them.
 

How do I edit a web tab?  

  1. Go to the web tab you want to edit.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.



  3. In the General tab, update the name, URL, or description as needed.



  4. Click Update.

 

Who can delete a web tab?  

  • Private web tabs- Only the creator can delete them.
  • Space-level web tabs- Space admins, Community Hosts, and the Superhost can delete them.
  • Community-level web tab- Community Hosts and the Superhost can delete them.

 

How do I delete a web tab?  

  1. Go to the web tab you want to edit.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.



  3. In the pop-up, go to Advanced tab and click Delete web tab.



  4. Click Delete web tab to confirm deletion.
