Zoho Contacts is a centralized repository for all of your business contacts. One of its principal functions is to store and manage your contacts with your business associates. You can also create branches to organize your contacts.
- Organize and categorize contacts in Personal, Organization and Org Groups
- Access your Zoho Contacts directly or through Zoho Mail or Zoho One
- Add, delete, edit and merge contacts
- Fetch contacts from third-party service providers like Gmail and Outlook
- Sync contacts with your Google contacts, computer, and mobile phones
- Export contacts from Zoho Contacts in various formats such as CSV, VCF, HTML, Outlook CSV, and LDIF
- Copy contacts between different categories just by drag and drop
- Sort contacts in alphabetical order using the first or last name
- Search within Zoho Contacts using name, email address, or any other contact fields
- Store up to 25000 of your contacts in Zoho Contacts by default and increase the limit upon necessity

- Zoho Contacts is not integrated with Zoho CRM and Zoho Contact Manager. Only the administrator or moderator of the respective group or organization can add, delete, edit contacts.
