You can create an unlimited number of reports using your CRM data. In order to work with them in an orderly manner, several options are available to you. From viewing recently used reports to categorizing most relevant reports, there are a number of ways in which you can unclutter your reports. The options are as listed below:
- Favorite Reports
- Recent Reports
- Reports Created by Me
- Scheduled Reports
- Recently Deleted
- Search Reports
- Search Folder
- Move To Folder
Category | Description |
Favourite Reports | 1. In the Reports Home page, click the report folder link in the left pane. 2. From the list of reports that are displayed, select the star symbol next to the report name. Upon selection, the color of the star will be highlighted. The starred reports are shown in the Favourites folder. You can add upto 25 reports here. |
| Recent Reports | The last 25 reports accessed by the user will be displayed here. |
Reports Created by Me | All custom reports you have created will be listed within this folder. |
Scheduled Reports | All the reports arranged to be sent to recipients at pre-schedules time will be listed here. |
Recently Deleted | The recently deleted reports will be listed here. From here, they can either be permanently deleted or restored. |
Shared Reports | Reports shared with you by other users will be listed here. |
You can search for the report folder from the
Search Folder box in the left pane. You can also move a report from one folder to another.
To move a report from one folder to another:
- In the Reports home page, click on the report folder in the left pane. The reports in the corresponding folder will be listed displayed.
- Select the checkbox next to the report you want to move, and select the destination folder from the Move to Folder dropdown. The selected report will be moved to the chosen folder. You can also create a new folder from here, and move the report there.
