Invite Users

After publishing your solution, you can control user access by either making it publicly available or restricting access to invited users only. If your solution is public, any user can sign up and start using it. For restricted access, only those you invite can sign up for the solution.

To invite users to sign up for your solution, follow these steps:
  1. Access the Zoho Developer Console home page and click on Start Building in the Vertical Solutions section .
  2. Select the solution you want to manage and click Edit.
  3. In the left menu, click on your solution name to open the Solution Details page.
  4. Click on Invite Users
  5. In the Invite Users page, do the following:
    1. Enter the email addresses of the users you want to invite. You can add multiple addresses separated by commas or spaces.
    2. Optionally, edit the subject line of the invitation email. The default subject is You are invited to join <Solution Name>. The email body cannot be modified.
  6. Click Invite to send the email invitations.

Invited users will receive an email containing a link to sign up for your solution. Once they accept the invitation and complete the sign-up process, their details will appear on the Manage Customers page.

  1. Ensure the email addresses are valid to avoid delivery issues.
  2. Only users with active invitations can access a restricted solution.
