Data Backup

Using Data Backup, you can back up all the data in your Bigin account, instantly. Once the backup is ready for download, you will receive a pop-up notification and an email. 
Info
  1. Users with the paid edition of Bigin will have two free backups per month. 
  2. Users under the Free/Trial edition should purchase a one-time data backup to get a copy of the entire data in Bigin.
  3. Only users with Super Admin or Administrator profiles are allowed to initiate data backups.
To request data backup
  1. Go to Settings (  ) > Data Administration > Data Backup.
  2. Click Download.

Backup Logs

The chronological sequence of actions performed in Data Backup will be listed here. They are:
  1. Download Initiated: When the data backup is downloaded by the user.
  2. Backup purchase details: The details of the data backup add-on that has been purchased.

Purchase Data Backup

Users with the paid edition of Bigin account have 2 free data backups available per month. If that is exhausted, you can purchase one-time data backup add-on. Users under the Free/Trial edition should purchase a one-time data backup to get a copy of the entire data in Bigin. 

To purchase one-time data backup add-on (Users with paid edition)
  1. Click your Profile icon > Subscription > Manage Subscription.

  2. In the Plan step, Click Buy Add-on in your Bigin edition.
  3. In the Add-on step, select the number of units of onetime data backup and click Proceed.

  4. Enter your billing details, choose Non recurring payment and finish the transaction.

To purchase one-time data backup add-on (Users with Free/Trial edition)
  1. Go to Settings () > Data Administration > Data Backup.
  2. Click Download.

  3. In the Purchase Backup popup, select the number of Onetime Data Backup units and click Continue.

  4. Enter the Payment Details and click Make Payment.
