Record patient health overview
Doctors will document patient's clinical and overall health data. They will enter critical information like vital signs, chief complaint, and case history.
Record patient's health overview
1. Open the application and click the Patient tab in the top bar.
2. Select the patient by clicking the Patient ID. You will now be able to view your patient details.
3. Click the Patient Visit ID
4. Click the Health Overview tab. You will be able to view the details.
Record patient vital signs
Enter the details for the following fields:
- Temperature
- Blood pressure
- BMI
- Respiration rate
- Heart rate
- Oxygen saturation
- Height
- Weight
Add patient chief complaint
- Enter the chief complaint and description of illness.
- Enter the severity level, timing, and duration

to add more fields
Add patient case history
- Allergies: Click on the text box and enter the allergies/intolerance and reactions.
- Medical history: Click on the text box and select the disease and body site.
- Family history: Click on the text box and select the condition and relationship.
- Social history: Click on the text box and select the findings.
Click 
to add more fields, such as Onset age, Clinical Status, Abatement age, Verification Status, Additional Status, or Criticality. You can also add multiple allergies or histories by clicking +Add New.
