Create a visit for your patient

Admins can create a new visit for patients every time they walk in for a consultation. Record essential details like the department, doctor, specialty, and other necessary information for the visit.

Create a new patient visit

1. Open the application and click the Patient tab in the top bar.
2. Select the patient by clicking the Patient ID. You will now be able to view your patient details. 



3. Click Create Visit and enter the details for the following details in the pop-up menu.



A pre-filled form will appear based on the recent appointment creation.



  1. Patient ID will populate automatically.
  2. Specialty will populate automatically.
  3. Department name will populate automatically.
  4. Doctor will populate automatically.
  5. Service: Click on the text box and choose a service name.
  6. Department ID will populate automatically.
  7. Follow up of previous visit: Choose the previous visit ID
  8. Priority: Choose the priority level. 
  9. Appointment ID will populate automatically.
  10. Visit order: Choose the visit order
  11. Visit notes: Enter additional notes for the visit.

4. Click Save to create a new visit for the patient.
