You can migrate data from any service into Zoho Invoice using our Import Export Feature.

• The following entities can be imported into Zoho Invoice.
  • Estimates, Invoices, Expenses, Recurring Invoices, Payments, Items, Customers & Contacts.
• Ensure that your service supports exporting the data in CSV/TSV format.
• Let us know with the volume of data (invoice/estimate) that needs to be imported
  • If the volume is high, we can help with one time support of adding invoice/estimate count for importing data.

• Select the exact file format from the drop-down list (CSV or TSV) while importing into Zoho Invoice
• Appropriate date format needs to be selected for the 'Invoice Date' (same as the date format from your export file)
• Either you can retain the invoice numbers from your service or you can enable auto-generation to allow the system to re-assign unique numbers to invoices.
• Customer name, currency, item name and rate gets automatically added while importing invoices.
• Invoice status won't be changed to 'Closed' status until 'Payments' are imported
