Usage Statistics | Zoho LandingPage User Guide

Account Usage

Usage Statistics in Zoho LandingPage provides a quick overview of key metrics, including the count of workspaces, domains, and page visitors in your account

Accessing usage statistics

  1. Click on the Settings Icon on the top right corner of your LandingPage workspace to access the settings menu.

  2. Click on the Account Usage tab to view the usage statistics for your portal. You will able to view your plan expiry date, number of workspaces, users, domains, and visitors here.

Auto Upgrade

Auto Upgrade moves your account to the next plan tier when your visitor count exceeds the limit on your current plan. This ensures your landing pages continue to run and capture leads without interruption. If the upgrade takes place mid-billing cycle, you will only be charged for the additional usage on a pro-rata basis.

For example, if you are on the Professional plan with a 5,000-visitor limit at $27/month and your visitor count exceeds that limit, auto-upgrade moves your account to the 10,000-visitor tier at $37/month automatically, so your pages stay live and every lead is captured. This is especially useful during high-traffic periods such as product launches or promotional campaigns, when visitor volumes can spike without warning.

If you prefer to manage plan changes yourself, you can disable auto-upgrade at any time from Account Usage Settings.

Alert
If Auto Upgrade is disabled and your visitor limit is reached, all your published pages will be unpublished. They will be published again automatically at the start of your next billing cycle.

Managing Auto Upgrade

To enable or disable Auto Upgrade:

  1. In Account Usage, locate the Auto Upgrade toggle.
  2. Turn the Auto Upgrade toggle on or off.

With Auto Upgrade active, your account moves to the next plan tier automatically whenever visitor traffic exceeds your current limit, so your campaigns continue without interruption.
