HubSpot integration with Zoho LandingPage offers a seamless and efficient way for businesses to streamline their marketing and lead generation efforts. HubSpot, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform, and Zoho LandingPage, a powerful landing page creation tool, combine their capabilities to enhance the overall marketing experience.
The integration allows users to create high-converting landing pages using Zoho LandingPage and automatically sync the captured leads directly into the HubSpot CRM. This eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures that all leads are centralized and easily accessible within the HubSpot ecosystem.
Only portal owners and portal admins can set up an integration in your Zoho LandingPage account. Portal owners, portal admins, and workspace managers can connect, pause, and disconnect integrations with the landing pages in their portal/ workspace
Creating a list in HubSpot
- In your HubSpot dashboard, click on Create list by accessing the Contacts tab in your dashboard.
- Provide the list details and click Next to proceed.
Integrating HubSpot into your portal
- In your LandingPage workspace, click on the Settings Icon in the top right corner to open the settings.
- Click the Integrations tab and navigate to CRM from the displayed sub-menu.
- In the list of integrations displayed now, click on HubSpot and click the Add Account button to integrate your HubSpot account with your Zoho LandingPage portal.
- Click on Add Account.
- Read the terms and conditions and click on Allow to proceed.
- Upon successful connection, you will see a Connected badge to the right of the integration name. Now, you can integrate HubSpot with your desired page in this workspace.
Ensure that the landing page you created has at least one form in order to integrate with this service.
Integrating HubSpot into your landing page
- Go to your desired landing page and click on Integrations in the top menu bar.
- Among the CRM services listed, click on HubSpot.
- If you have multiple accounts accessing HubSpot, select your desired account to connect with the page and click on Continue.
- Select your desired list where you want to push your landing page leads and click on Continue.
- Map the fields of the forms on your landing page with fields available in HubSpot and click on Continue.
- To enable Lead Enrichment, click the toggle button beside the Lead Enrichment option and map fields for respective data points.
- Finish the flow and click on Done to complete the setup.
You have now successfully integrated your landing page with HubSpot. Leads from your landing page forms will be automatically pushed to your HubSpot CRM.
