Moengage

Zoho LandingPage’s integration with MoEngage enables businesses to seamlessly pass lead data from landing pages into their engagement workflows. With this setup, leads captured through Zoho LandingPage are automatically synced with MoEngage, ensuring timely and accurate data transfer without any manual effort, This integration helps marketing teams act quickly on new leads by making landing page data readily available for follow-up campaigns. 

Notes
Only portal owners and portal admins can set up an integration in your Zoho LandingPage account. Portal owners, portal admins, and workspace managers can connect, pause, and disconnect integrations with the landing pages in their portal/ workspace

Integrating Moengage into your portal

  1. In your LandingPage workspace, click on the Settings Icon in the top right corner to open the settings.

  2. Click the Integrations tab and navigate to CRM from the displayed sub-menu.
  3. In the list of integrations displayed now, click on Moengage. Enter the Account Name, API Url, APP ID, and API Data Key. Now click the Add Account button to integrate your Moengage account with your Zoho LandingPage portal.
    Notes
    The API Url can include either /user/ or /events/, and based on the selected path, the data will be routed to the corresponding module in MoEngage.

  4. Read the terms and conditions and click on Allow to proceed.
  5. Upon successful connection, you will see a Connected badge to the right of the integration name. Now, you can integrate Moengage with your desired page in this workspace.
Notes
Ensure that the landing page you created has at least one form in order to integrate with this service.

Integrating Moengage into your landing page

  1. Go to your desired landing page and click on Integrations in the top menu bar.
  1. Among the CRM services listed, click on Moengage.


  1. If you have multiple accounts accessing Moengage, select your desired account to connect with the page and click on Continue.


  1. Map the fields of the forms on your landing page with fields available in Moengage and click on Continue. Users can also track marketing source by integrating UTM parameters and GCLID from the landing page URL. To track the marketing source, click the toggle button beside the Track Marketing Source option and map the fields accordingly.


  1. To enable Lead Enrichment, click the toggle button beside the Lead Enrichment option and map the required fields.



  2. Finish the flow and click on Done to complete the setup. 


You have now successfully integrated your landing page with Moengage. Leads from your landing page forms will be automatically pushed to your Moengage dashboard.
