GoToWebinar

GoToWebinar integration with Zoho LandingPage offers a seamless and efficient way for businesses to streamline their marketing, webinar, and lead generation efforts. GoToWebinar, a webinar and virtual conference platform, and Zoho LandingPage, a powerful landing page creation tool, combine their capabilities to enhance the overall marketing experience.

The integration allows users to create high-converting landing pages using Zoho LandingPage and automatically sync the captured leads directly into the GoToWebinar list. This eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures that all leads are centralized and easily accessible within the GoToWebinar ecosystem.
Only portal owners and portal admins can set up an integration in your Zoho LandingPage account. Portal owners, portal admins, and workspace managers can connect, pause, and disconnect integrations with the landing pages in their portal/ workspace

Integrating GoToWebinar into your portal

  1. To initiate the integration between your GoToWebinar and Zoho LandingPage accounts, the initial step entails creating a webinar list within your GoToWebinar account.
  2. In your LandingPage workspace, click on the Settings Icon in the top right corner to open the settings.

  3. Click on Integrations and navigate to Webinars from the displayed sub-menu.
  4. In the list of integrations displayed now, click on GoToWebinar.
  5. Click on Add Account to continue.
  6. Read the terms and conditions and click on Allow to proceed.
  7. Upon successful connection, you will see a Connected badge to the right of the integration name. Now, you can integrate GoToWebinar with your desired page in this workspace.
Ensure that the landing page you created has at least one form in order to integrate with this service.

Integrating GoToWebinar into your landing page

  1. Go to your desired landing page and click on Integrations in the top menu bar.
  1. Among the integrations listed, navigate to Webinars and click on GoToWebinar.

  1. If you have multiple accounts accessing GoToWebinar, select your desired account to connect with the page and click on Continue.

  1. Select your desired webinar list where you want to push your landing page leads and click on Continue.

  1. Map the fields of the forms on your landing page with fields available in GoToWebinar and click on Continue.


  2. To enable Lead Enrichment, click the toggle button beside the Lead Enrichment option and map fields for respective data points.
  3. Finish the flow and click on Done to complete the setup. 

You have now successfully integrated your landing page with GoToWebinar. Leads from your landing page forms will be automatically pushed to your GoToWebinar account.
