Bigin is a pipeline-centric CRM that hits the sweet spot of price and functionality for small businesses. If you are a small business looking for a cost-effective CRM solution, Bigin is where you go. Once you start converting with your landing page, the next step is to nurture them by moving them through your sales pipeline and this is where Bigin can do wonders for you.

By integrating with Bigin, you can push your leads data that is collected from your landing page straight to your pipelines in Bigin and immediately start moving your leads further through the conversion funnel. This ensures quick, seamless transfer of leads data to your sales pipelines.

Connect Bigin with Zoho LandingPage Account

  1. In your Zoho LandingPage workspace, click on Settings in the top right corner.



  2. Click on Integrations and navigate to Zoho from the displayed sub-menu. In the list of integrations displayed, click on Bigin. 



  3. Click Add account to configure the Zoho Backstage Integration.
  4. Read the terms and conditions and click on Allow to proceed.
  5. Upon successful integration, you will see a Connected badge to the right of the integration name. Now, you can integrate Backstage with your desired landing page in this workspace.
Ensure that the landing page you created has at least one form in order to integrate with this service.

Integrating Bigin into your landing page

  1. Go to any landing page in the workspace and click on Integrations in the top menu bar.



  2. Click on Zoho under Integrations, and click on Bigin.



  1. In Bigin Integration, select the account, and portal name to connect your landing page with the respective pipelines in Bigin.



  2. Pick a Tag from the available list of tags in your Bigin account and click on Continue.  Create a tag in your Bigin account before proceeding with this step. You can choose to add tags or skip this step.
Tags are unique identifiers that help you sort and identify the leads that you generate from different landing pages.
  1. Map the landing page form fields to the respective fields in Bigin. Enable Enrich Leads to gain more insight about your potential leads. Click Continue to proceed.



  2. Finish the flow by clicking on Done.

  3. When users submit a form on this landing page, the lead information will be automatically sent to the Contacts module in your Bigin account.
