Integrating Zoho CRM with a Landing Page

Now, we will walk you through the process of integrating your landing page with Zoho CRM.
First you need to connect your Zoho CRM account.
Only a Portal Admin can connect a service with their account, Workspace Admins can integrate pages with the connected services.
To Connect your Zoho CRM Account:
- Go to your desired workspace and click on Integrations .

In the list of Zoho Integrations, select
Zoho
CRM
.
- Click on Add Account .

Read the terms and conditions and click on
Allow
to proceed.
Upon successful connection, you will see a
Connected
badge to the right of the integration name.
Now, you can integrate Zoho CRM with your desired page in this workspace.
Ensure that the landing page you created has at least one form in order to integrate with this service.
To Integrate your Landing Page with Zoho CRM:

Go to your desired landing page and click on
Integrations
in the top menu bar.

Among Zoho services listed, click on
Zoho
CRM
.

If you have multiple accounts accessing
Zoho
CRM
, select your desired account to connect with the page and click on
Continue
.

Select your desired portal to proceed with and click on
Continue
.

Pick a campaign from the available campaigns in your CRM account and click on
Continue
.
If you do not have a campaign in your CRM account, create a campaign and refresh this step.
- Map the fields of the forms on your landing page with fields available in CRM and click on Continue .

To
Upsert Duplicate Records
, click the toggle button near the Upsert Duplicate Records option. By enabling this option, when a lead matches a unique field value in Zoho CRM, then the the record in Zoho CRM will be updated with the new values from your landing page form.

To add
Tags
to your leads, click the toggle button beside the Tags option and enter a name for your Tag in the input box. You can also add multiple tags if needed.
Tags are unique identifiers that help you sort and identify the leads that you generate from Zoho LandingPage. This way, you can ensure that your leads data is not mixed randomly and can view your Zoho LandingPage leads independently.

Lead
Enrichment
, click the toggle button beside the Lead Enrichment option and map fields for respective data points.
Lead enrichment is a feature that gives you more insight into your leads. This pulls all the publicly available data about your leads and sends them to your integrated service along with the data they fill in the form. - When your landing pages are integrated with Zoho CRM and Google Ads, you can also track the Google Ads campaign that brought in the leads in your CRM dashboard.

Finish the flow and click on
Done
.
Congratulations, you have successfully integrated your landing page with Zoho CRM account. Your lead data will now be pushed to your campaign in Zoho CRM.
