By integrating your landing pages with Marketing Automation you create a fluid system for your team to gather, nurture, engage and convert the leads. With a quick, no-code process, you can integrate your landing page with Zoho Marketing Automation. This will swiftly move your leads data to the lists in Zoho Marketing Automation, where you can understand them better and create tailored customer journeys.
Now, we will walk you through the process of integrating your landing page with Zoho Marketing Automation.
First, you need to connect your Marketing. Automation account.
Only a Portal Admin can connect a service with their LandingPage account, Workspace Admins can integrate pages with the connected services.
To Connect your Zoho Marketing Automation Account:

Go to your desired workspace and click on
Integration.

In the list of
Zoho
Integrations, select
Zoho
Marketing
Automation.

Click on
Add
Account.

Read the
terms and conditions
and click on
Allow
to proceed.
Upon successful connection, you will see a
Connected
badge to the right of the integration name.
Now, you can integrate Zoho Marketing Automation with your desired page in this workspace.
Ensure that the landing page you created has at least one form in order to integrate with this service.
To Integrate your Landing Page with Zoho Marketing Automation:

Go to your desired landing page and click on Integrations in the top menu bar.

Among Zoho services listed, click on
Zoho
Marketing
Automation.

If you have multiple accounts accessing
Zoho
Marketing
Automation, select your desired account to connect with the page and click on
Continue.

Pick a list from the available lists in your Marketing Automation account and click on Continue.
If you do not have a list in your Marketing Automation account, create a list and refresh this step.

Map the fields of the forms on your landing page with fields available in Marketing Automation and click on
Continue.
- To add Tags to your leads, click the toggle button beside the Tags option and enter a name for your Tag in the input box. You can also add multiple tags if needed.
Tags are unique identifiers that help you sort and identify the leads that you generate from Zoho LandingPage. This way, you can ensure that your leads data is not mixed randomly and can view your Zoho LandingPage leads independently.
- To enable Lead Enrichment, click the toggle button beside the Lead Enrichment option and map fields for respective data points.
Lead enrichment is a feature that gives you more insight into your leads. This pulls all the publicly available data about your leads and sends them to your integrated service along with the data they fill in the form.

Finish the flow and click on
Done.
Congratulations, you have successfully integrated your landing page with Zoho Marketing Automation account. Your lead data will now be pushed to your list in Zoho Marketing Automation.
