Now, we will walk you through the process of integrating your landing page with Zoho CRM.

First you need to connect your Zoho CRM account.
Only a Portal Admin can connect a service with their account, Workspace Admins can integrate pages with the connected services.

To Connect your Zoho CRM Account:
  1. Go to your desired workspace and click on Settings.
  2. In the list of Zoho Integrations, select Zoho CRM .
  1. Click on Add Account .
  2. Read the terms and conditions and click on Allow to proceed.

Upon successful connection, you will see a Connected badge to the right of the integration name. 

Now, you can integrate Zoho CRM with your desired page in this workspace.

Ensure that the landing page you created has at least one form in order to integrate with this service.

To Integrate your Landing Page with Zoho CRM:
  1. Go to your desired landing page and click on Integrations in the top menu bar.
  1. Among Zoho services listed, click on Zoho CRM .

  1. If you have multiple accounts accessing Zoho CRM , select your desired account to connect with the page and click on Continue .
  1. Select your desired portal to proceed with and click on Continue .
  1. Pick a campaign from the available campaigns in your CRM account and click on Continue .
If you do not have a campaign in your CRM account, create a campaign and refresh this step.
  1. Map the fields of the forms on your landing page with fields available in CRM and click on Continue.

To have First Name and Last Name as separate fields in your Zoho LandingPage form, use two single line fields and label them First Name and Last Name. This setup allows you to pass these values individually to the corresponding fields in Zoho CRM.

Tracking Marketing Source

If you include UTM tracking parameters in your landing page URL to track leads, you can use the Track Marketing Source option to send that information to the Zoho CRM module. Whether your URL contains tracking parameters or a GCLID from Google Ads, the information will be transferred to the fields you have mapped in Zoho CRM.

When your landing pages are integrated with Zoho CRM and Google Ads, you can also track the Google Ads campaign that brought in the leads in your CRM dashboard.



While your tracking parameters can be mapped to any field in Zoho CRM, it is simpler to create a custom field in your Zoho CRM module to pass the tracking information. For example, to track the lead source from a UTM campaign, you can create a custom field labeled UTM Source in Zoho CRM and then map the UTM Source from your landing page URL to it.

Update and Insert Duplicate Records

By enabling this option, when a lead matches a unique field value in Zoho CRM, then the the record in Zoho CRM will be updated with the new values from your landing page form.

For example, a page vistor Darren Pearce submits a form in a landing page by entering his email address darrenpearce@zylker.com , and company Zylker Corporation . In Zoho CRM leads module, a lead with the same name and email address exists without the company name. When you enable the Update and Insert option, the existing record in Zoho CRM that matches the email address darrenpearce@zylker.com will be updated with the company name Zylker Corporation .


Tags

Tags are unique identifiers that help you sort and identify the leads that you generate from Zoho LandingPage. This way, you can ensure that your leads data is not mixed randomly and can view your Zoho LandingPage leads independently.

Lead Enrichment

Lead enrichment is a feature that gives you more insight into your leads. This pulls all the publicly available data about your leads and sends them to your integrated service along with the data they fill in the form. 



Congratulations, you have successfully integrated your landing page with Zoho CRM account. Your lead data will now be pushed to your campaign in Zoho CRM.
