Zoho Marketing Automation

Zoho Marketing Automation is an automation software loaded with tools that help you create, organize, and manage all your marketing activities. Marketing Automation has tools for every step of your marketing process. By integrating your landing pages with Marketing Automation you create a fluid system for your team to gather, nurture, engage, and convert the leads. With a quick, no-code process, you can integrate your landing page with Zoho Marketing Automation. This will swiftly move your leads data to the lists in Zoho Marketing Automation, where you can understand them better and create tailored customer journeys.

Only a Portal Admin can connect a service with their Zoho LandingPage account, Workspace Admins can integrate pages with the connected services.

Integrating Zoho Marketing Automation into your portal

  1. In your Zoho LandingPage workspace, click on Settings in the top right corner.



  2. Click on Integrations and navigate to Zoho from the displayed sub-menu. In the list of integrations displayed, click on Zoho Marketing Automation. 


  1. Click on Add Account.
  2. Read the terms and conditions and click on Allow to proceed.
  3. Upon successful connection, you will see a Connected badge to the right of the integration name.
Now, you can integrate Zoho Marketing Automation with your desired page in this workspace. 
Ensure that the landing page you created has at least one form in order to integrate with this service.

Integrating Zoho Marketing Automation into your landing page

  1. Go to your desired landing page and click on Integrations in the top menu bar.


  1. Among Zoho services listed, click on Zoho Marketing Automation.


  1. If you have multiple accounts accessing Zoho Marketing Automation, select your desired account to connect with the page and click on Continue.


  1. Pick a list from the available lists in your Marketing Automation account and click on Continue.


If you do not have a list in your Marketing Automation account, create a list and refresh this step.
  1. Map the fields of the forms on your landing page with fields available in Marketing Automation and click on Continue. You can also add tags to your leads by clicking the toggle button beside the Add Tags option and entering a name for your tag in the input box. You can also add multiple tags if needed.



  2. If you include UTM tracking parameters in your landing page URL to track leads, you can use the Track Marketing Source option to send that information to Zoho Marketing Automation. Click on the toggle button to provide the necessary information.



  3. You also have the option of enriching your leads with publicly available information when you enable lead enrichment. Once you have entered all the details, click on Continue to integrate your landing page with Zoho Marketing Automation.



  4. Finish the flow and click on Done.


Congratulations, you have successfully integrated your landing page with your Zoho Marketing Automation account. Your lead data will now be pushed to your list in Zoho Marketing Automation.
