Zoho Meeting
Landing pages are a great way to promote webinars/virtual events because they allow businesses to create a focused and tailored message that directly appeals to their. target audience. This in turn increases the likelihood of attracting interested participants and also serves as a valuable lead generation tool to collect contact information from potential attendees. Webinar organizers can use the lead information to communicate webinar-related updates before the event and nurture them for future webinars.
Only portal owners and portal admins can setup an integration in your Zoho LandingPage account. Portal owners, portal admins, and workspace managers can connect, pause, and disconnect integrations with the landing pages in their portal/ workspace.
Creating a webinar in Zoho Meeting
In your Zoho Meeting dashboard, create a new campaign by clicking on the Schedule button in the Webinar tab.
- Enter the webinar title, description, date, and timings to schedule the webinar. You can also add details such as co-organizers, registration and engagement preferences before you click on the finish button.
- Once you have scheduled the webinar, you will be able to view the details of the webinar in the Webinars tab. This is where you will be able to view the registrations from the landing page once you have integrated Zoho Meeting with Zoho LandingPage.
Integrating Zoho Meeting in your portal
- In your LandingPage workspace, click on the Settings Icon in the top right corner to open the settings menu.
- Select the Integrations tab and click on Zoho from the displayed sub-menu. In the list of integrations displayed now, choose Zoho Meeting and click on the Add Account button to integrate your Zoho Meeting account with your Zoho LandingPage portal.
- Once you have connected your Zoho Meeting account with your Zoho LandingPage portal, you can begin to integrate your landing pages with your campaigns in Zoho Meeting.
Integrating Zoho Meeting in your landing page
- In your landing page builder, click on Integrations on the top bar to view and manage the integrations for the landing page.
- In the Integrations window, select Zoho from the categories displayed and choose Zoho Meeting from the list of integrations.
- In the integration popup window, select your account, portal, and webinar. Map your landing page form fields to the fields available in Zoho Meeting. Once you have entered all the details, click on Continue to integrate your landing page with Zoho Meeting.
- You have now successfully integrated your landing page with Zoho Meeting. Registrations from your landing page forms will be automatically pushed to your webinar dashboard in Zoho Meeting.
