To monitor the performance of any marketing strategy, it is crucial to analyze leads generated from your published landing pages. Hence, analyzing leads is essential as they help you make data-driven decisions, optimize marketing efforts, and ultimately increase conversions and revenue.

Zoho LandingPage facilitates this process by providing detailed metrics on leads, offering insights into their origin, devices, and geographical distribution.

Here is how you can view the information about your leads on Zoho LandingPage:

  1. From your workspace, Navigate to the Leads option present on the top bar

  2. In the Dashboard, gain comprehensive insights about your visitors, leads, and conversion rates. 

    • Metrics over time
    • Metrics across pages
    • Metrics across regions
    • Source type
    • Device type



  3. To get in-depth information about your leads, navigate to Profile, where you can find the lead list that comprises

    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Page Name (the landing page from which they were obtained)
    • Date of acquisition
    • Traffic Source



  4. Click the Segment Audience option present on the top bar to segregate your leads based on visitor type, source, country, device type, browser, operating systems, day of the week, hour of the day, and spam.

  5. Additionally, you can examine the data within defined timeframes such as today, yesterday, the past 7 days, the last 30 days, the entire duration, or a custom range. 
  6. To download the leads as a .CSV file, click the Download Leads button on the top right corner and save the file to your computer.
