Personalization Analytics

Zoho LandingPage provides robust analytical capabilities to track the performance of personalized landing page experiences. By analyzing visitor behavior and engagement metrics, you can optimize your personalization strategy to drive higher conversions and achieve your marketing objectives.
  1. To view the Personalization analytics of your published landing pages, login to your Zoho LandingPage workspace and click on the respective published landing page or click on the vertical ellipsis to find the Page Analytics option in the menu.



  2. To view the Personalization analytics of your published landing pages from your landing page builder, click on the Page Analytics icon present in the top bar. 



  3. Navigate to Personalization to view comprehensive insights about your personalized experiments.



  4. Here, you will be able to view the graphical representation of how your personalized landing page versions are performing over time along with key stats such as:
  5. Total Visitors: The total number of people who visited your landing page.
  6. Total Conversions: The overall number of desired actions completed by visitors on your landing page.
  7. Personalized Visitors: The total number of visitors who landed on your personalized landing page experiment.
  8. Personalized Conversions:  The number of desired actions completed by visitors who landed on your personalized landing page experiment.
  9. Personalized Conversion Rate: The personalized conversion rate is calculated by dividing the total number of personalized conversions by the total number of personalized visitors.

  1. Following that, the Statistics section delivers a concise summary of your personalization experiment. It guides you in determining the next steps for your landing page. It includes metrics such as:

  3. Visits
  4. Conversions
  5. Conversion Rates
  6. Improvement: This metric indicates the overall enhancement rate of all experiences created for your landing page and can be represented with both positive and negative values.
