Connecting Google ads with Zoho CRM

Google Ads - An overview

Google Ads is one of the most powerful advertising platforms that helps businesses reach a vast audience across search, display, and other Google networks. With its precise targeting capabilities, you can show ads to customers who already have a clear intent—making the leads you capture more valuable.

When it comes to lead generation, Google AAds is one of the important sources, as it connects businesses with potential customers at the very moment they are searching for products or services online. Google Ads captures high-intent audiences who are actively looking for solutions. Its wide reach across Google Search, YouTube, Maps, and partner websites ensures that businesses can tap into diverse customer segments. Google Ads not only brings in a larger volume of leads but also improves the quality of leads, making it a crucial channel for driving growth and sales.

To sync lead information from your Google Ads platform to CRM, you’ll need to complete a few prerequisites. This ensures faster follow-ups and a smoother customer journey, increasing your chances of converting more leads.

To maintain this easy flow and to ensure that your CRM stays as a single source of information for the business, you can establish real-time sync of leads information from Google Ads to Zoho CRM through a webhook integration.

A webhook integration is a real-time bridge between the two platforms you want to connect. This connection is established through a unique URL that denotes the delivery path and a key that helps to validate the leads sent. Once these details are added, and the integration is in place, you will start receiving the leads in real-time.
