Connecting TikTok Lead Ads and Zoho CRM

Businesses use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage all the information about their prospects and customers. Zoho CRM comes packed with everything that you need to manage your entire business process right from gathering leads across various sources, connecting with your prospects and customers across channels, nurturing them, establishing a sales process, managing sales information and support requests, and take informed decisions with various analytical dashboards and reports.

Ads on social media are a powerful tool to generate high quality leads, and it's important to ensure that all the leads generated from social media are updated in your CRM in real time. This is usually done by exporting all the generated leads and importing them manually to the CRM. This manual intervention becomes a hassle for marketers in ensuring that the CRM is updated as there is room for errors resulting in discrepancies in managing the leads generated from social media ads.

To automate the process of synchronizing the leads, LeadChain lets you integrate TikTok Lead Ads and Zoho CRM, which ensures a seamless flow of leads data form your Ads to CRM in real time.

The destination section lets you configure where the leads can be saved in Zoho CRM. You can either choose the Leads/Contacts module.

Choosing the right CRM layout here helps ensure all the desired information about the leads that are generated from TikTok Lead Ads are synchronized seamlessly. The field mapping that's involved in Step 2, completely depends on the layout that's chosen here.

Choose Assignment Rule
