How do I grant Leads Access permissions for Zoho LeadChain?

Granting Leads access permissions allows Zoho LeadChain to retrieve leads generated through Facebook Lead Ads. Without this access, LeadChain may be unable to retrieve your lead data.
Follow these steps to grant Leads Access permissions:
  1. Sign in to your Meta Business account.
  2. Navigate to Business Settings.



  3. Under Integrations, click Leads Access.



  4. Select the Facebook Page connected to Zoho LeadChain.
  5. Open the CRMs tab. 



  6. Ensure Zoho Social is added
  7. If Zoho Social is not added, click Assign CRM. 



  8. Select Zoho Social and grant access to the selected Facebook Page

Once you've granted access, submit a test lead to verify that leads are syncing successfully. In LeadChain, open the relevant chain, click Edit, and then click Test Connection on the field mapping screen. Alternatively, use the Facebook Lead Ads Testing Tool. When reviewing the test lead, look for Zoho Social (Zoho's integration app name) in the test lead details view.
