Managing subscription - Cancelling subscription, partial upgrade and partial downgrade

Canceling Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, your data will remain intact, and you can continue using the free plan (up to 50 leads).

To cancel your subscription:
  1. Go to store.zoho.in.
  2. Click LeadChain.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.

Partial Upgrade and Partial Downgrade

In LeadChain, you have the option to partially upgrade or downgrade your subscription. This is useful when your lead requirements change from month to month. For example, if you receive more leads during certain months and fewer during others.

Let’s look at an example:
Suppose you have a subscription for 1,000 leads. If you expect more leads in a particular month, you can partially upgrade your plan by adding 500 leads. This means you will have a total capacity of 1,500 leads, and you will be billed accordingly. This upgraded limit will continue for the following months as well. If your lead requirement reduces later, you can partially downgrade the subscription and return to the 1,000-lead plan, paying only for that limit.

To partially upgrade or downgrade your subscription:
  1. Go to store.zoho.in.
  2. Click LeadChain.
  3. Click Partial Upgrade/ Partial Downgrade.
  4. Select the number of leads based on your requirement.
  5. Click Proceed.
  6. Enter the Billing Details and Payment Details, then click Make Payment.
