Understanding roles and permissions 

To control and manage access to data and functionalities, LeadChain has two default roles and appropriate permissions associated to them.
They are: Admin, and User.

Request access to LeadChain 

The user who installs the extension will automatically be added as an Admin in LeadChain. Other users in the organization have to raise a request to access the module.
To request access, go to the LeadChain module and click Request Access. An email will be sent to the Admin regarding the same.

 Approving users  

The LeadChain admin has the privilege to approve a CRM user to be part of LeadChain.

To approve users
  1. Go to the LeadChain module and select the Users tab.
  2. Select All Users/Pending Users from the Views drop down list.
  3. Click Accept/Deny next to the user name.

  4. Select a suitable LeadChain Role from the drop down list.
