Custom Portal Pricing

The Custom Portals feature is offered as an add-on for both the Express and Professional editions. For Zoho One/Professional edition accounts, 5 users and 1 portal are included at no extra cost. For additional users beyond this limit, charges will apply based on the add-on pricing.

Note for Zoho One users:

The pricing mentioned is separate from the Zoho One subscription. The Zoho One plan is specifically applicable to users within your organization. If you wish to create custom portals or include external users, additional add-on pricing will be required.

Sample pricing calculation

To understand how the slab-based pricing is calculated, consider the following example. Assume that a user purchases 2,000 portal users.

The price is calculated progressively based on the applicable slab.

101–500	$0.40/user	400 × $0.40 = $160
501–1,000	$0.30/user	500 × $0.30 = $150
1,001–2,000	$0.20/user	1,000 × $0.20 = $200

Therefore, the total price for 2,000 portal users per month is $560.

Pricing is calculated progressively across the slabs. Users in each slab are charged at the rate applicable to that slab, and the quantity covered by the previous slabs is included in the total calculation.
