Managing Custom Portal Admins

Managing Custom Portal Admins

Portal admins can help manage the administration of your portal by handling administrative tasks and resources based on the permissions assigned to them. You can add users as Portal Admins or Resource Admins, and assign their administrative access.
Managing portal admins is useful when you need to distribute administrative responsibilities across your organization. For example:
  1. Assign the Portal Admin role to a user who needs to manage the entire portal.
  2. Assign the Resource Admin role to a team member who only needs to manage specific resources.
  3. Remove administrative access when a user's responsibilities change.
Notes
Only Hub Admins can add, update, or remove custom portal admins.
Hub users can only be assigned as Portal Admins.
