Managing courses in your hub

Enabling or disabling a course

To enable or disable a course:
  1. Go to the Manage Courses tab.
  2. Enable or Disable the course from the list of courses. 

Deleting a course

To delete a course:
  1. Go to the Manage Courses tab.
  2. Click the More options icon () on the course.
  3. Click Delete Course.

Managing users in a course

To manage users in a course:
  1. Go to the Manage Courses tab.
  2. Click the More options icon () on the course.
  3. Click Manage Users.
  4. To add a user to the course, type the name or email address of the user in the text box and click Add to course. Click the Settings icon on the user and select one of the roles.
  5. To change the role of a user, click the Settings icon on the user and select one of the roles.
  6. To remove a user, click the Settings icon on the user and click Remove User

Enabling courses after plan upgrade

If your subscription is downgraded to the free plan, only 5 recent courses will be active and all other courses will be disabled. These courses will still be linked to your hub, but will be unusable. After upgrading your plan, you will have to manually enable the disabled courses. 
  1. Go to the Manage Courses tab.
