Managing manuals in your hub
Enabling or disabling a manual
To enable or disable a manual:
- Go to the Manage Manuals tab.
- Click the More options icon (
).
- Click Enable or Disable.
Moving a manual to trash
To move a manual to trash:
- Go to the Manage Manuals tab.
- Click the More options icon (
- Click Move to Trash.
Managing users in a manual
To manage users in a manual:
- Go to the Manage Manuals tab.
- Click the More options icon (
- Click Manage.
- To share the manual with a users or a spaces, type the name of the space or user in the text box and select it. Select one of the access privileges and click Add.
- To change the role of a user or a space, go to the user or space, and select the access privilege from the drop down.
- To disable a user or a space, go to the user or space, and select Disable from the drop down.
Enabling manuals after plan upgrade
If your subscription is downgraded to the free plan, only 5 recent manuals will be active and all other manuals will be disabled. These manuals will still be linked to your hub, but will be unusable. After upgrading your plan, you will have to manually enable the disabled manuals.
- Go to the Manage Manuals tab.
- Click the More options icon (
- Click Enable.
