Managing manuals in your hub

Enabling or disabling a manual

To disable a manual:

      1. Click on the Settings icon next to your profile image and select Settings.

      2. Choose Manuals under the Manage tab.
      3. Click on the More options icon () next to the manual that you want to disable.
      4. Click Disable.
  

To enable a manual:

      1. Click on the Settings icon next to your profile image and select Settings.

      2. Choose Manuals under the Manage tab.
      3. Click on the More options icon () next to the manual that you want to enable.
      4. Click Enable.


Moving a manual to trash

To move a manual to trash:

      1. Click on the Settings icon next to your profile image and select Settings.

      2. Go to the Manage tab and select Manuals.
      3. Click the More options icon () and click Move to Trash.

Managing users in a manual

To manage users in a manual:

      1. Click on the Settings icon next to your profile image and select Settings.

      2. Go to the Manage tab and choose Manuals .
      3. Click the More options icon () and click Manage.

      4. To share the manual with a users or a spaces, type the name of the space or user in the text box and select it.

      5. Select one of the access privileges and click Add.

Changing the role of a user or space

To change the role of a user:

 Go to the user or space, and select the access privilege from the drop-down.

To change the role of a space:

Go to the space, and select the access privilege from the drop-down.


Disabling a user or space

To remove a user:

Go to the user, and select Delete from the drop-down.

To disable a space:

Go to the space, and select Disable from the drop-down.

Enabling manuals after plan upgrade

If your subscription is downgraded to the free plan, only 5 recent manuals will be active and all other manuals will be disabled. These manuals will still be linked to your hub, but will be unusable. After upgrading your plan, you will have to manually enable the disabled manuals. 

To enable a manual:

      1. Click on the Settings icon next to your profile image and select Settings.

      2. Choose Manuals under the Manage tab.
      3. Click on the More options icon () next to the manual that you want to enable.
      4. Click Enable.
