You can share the manuals in your hub with the users in your portal and specify access conditions.
To add a manual to portal:
1. Navigate to the portal from the Custom Portal tab.
2. Go to the Manuals tab and click Add Manuals.
3. Select the manual you want to add, then click Add.
To add users to the manual:
1. Go to the manual from the list of manuals in your portal, then click the
More Options (

) icon.
2. Click Manage and then click Add Users.
3. Select the users from the list, then click Add.
To manage access to the manual:
1. Go to the manual from the list of manuals in your portal, then click Share.
2. Select one of the following options:
3. If you want to allow anyone on the web to access the contents of the manual, enable the Public Sharing option.
4. To manage portal sharing, select one of the following options:
- Everyone in this portal: All users who have access to the portal can access the manual.
- Shared users: Only users with whom the manual is shared can access the manual from the portal.
5. Click Save
To reorder manuals within the portal:
- Navigate to the portal from the Custom Portal tab.
- Click Manuals under the Resources section.
- Click on the Drag and Drop (
) button on the left side of the manual name and then drag and drop.
To remove a manual from the portal:
- Go to the manual from the list of manuals in your portal, then click the More Options (
) icon.
- Click Remove

- Manuals associated with a space can only be shared through a custom portal.
- Manuals in a disabled space cannot be shared through a custom portal.
