Custom portals
A custom portal for your hub comes in handy when you want to create an extended platform to share information and courses with users who are not a part of your organization. These users may include partners, customers, investors, and others. Zoho Learn allows you to create external portals and share the manuals, and courses in your hub. External users can access these resources through the portal.
Here are some of the ways in which your business can use custom portals:
Extended enterprise training: Build courses for all the stakeholders involved in your business, including partners, clients, customers, freelancers, contract workers, distributors, and vendors, to ensure that they are supported with the learning required to maximize your growth.
Customer training: Offer comprehensive training to customers to help them use your product or service to its full potential throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Partner training: Curate training programs for your partner network to provide the information and skills to enable them to sell your products. You can also create courses for standardized procedures to be followed across all partner organizations to facilitate consistent customer experiences.
External knowledge base: Share valuable company resources with external stakeholders involved in selling your product or service. You can also create manuals or guides for your customers to help them use your product better.
