Searching in Learn
- Click the Search icon (
) on the left pane.
- Select one of the following from the dropdown:
- All - Search all resources
- Spaces - Search for space names
- Manuals - Search for manual names
- Articles - Search in articles
- Courses - Search for course name
- Files - Search in files
- By tags - Search by tags
- Add any of the following filters to refine your search results:
- By author - Search for resources created by an author
- In space - Search in space
- In manual - Search in manual
- Type the search word.
- Hit Enter to see all the results for the selected option.
- If you've selected All in the dropdown, up to three spaces, three manuals, and three courses with names containing the search word will be auto-suggested.
- Click View all to view the results.
- Hit Enter after typing in the search bar to see three articles and three attachments containing the search word.
- To view all the results, click All.
- To see a preview, click the article or attachment result.
- To visit the article, click Visit page on the preview.
- If you've selected Search by tags in the dropdown, enter tag name and select the tag from the list of tags. You can add multiple tags and select one of the following options:
- Click Match any of the tags option to list articles containing any of the searched tags.
- Click Match all tags option to list articles containing all searched tags.
- Article and file search results can be narrowed down further using the following filters on the right pane:
- Spaces
- Manuals
- Author
- Created time
- When you click the Search icon (
Articles will appear in search results only if they are published.
