Manage Categories
In Learn, you can group similar courses into categories and subcategories. Admins of the hub can manage, create, or delete categories and subcategories associated with courses that are created within the hub.
Creating a Category
To create a Category:
- Go to Settings.
2. Click on Categories under the Manage section and click at the Create Category option on the top-right.
3. Enter the category name and click Create.
Creating a Sub-category
To create a Subcategory:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click on Categories under the Manage section and click on the Create Category option on the top-right.
3. Enable the Add this as subcategory option.
4. Select a category and enter a subcategory name and click Create.
You can find the courses that you've mapped under each category or subcategory by clicking on the Filter (
) icon at the top-right corner of your learning section.

Renaming a Category
To rename a Category:
- Go to Settings.
2. Click on Categories under the Manage section.
3. Click on the More options (
) next to the category or subcategory that you want to rename and click on Rename.
4. Type in the new name and press Enter.
Deleting a Category
To delete a category:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click on Categories under the Manage section.
3. Click on the More options (
) icon next to the category or subcategory that you want to delete and click on Delete.
4. Click Delete.
