Navigate to Hub Settings and click Custom Email.
Click Add New Email.
Enter the following details:
Click Next.
Navigate to Hub Settings and click Manage Portals.
Choose the portal from the list of portals.
Select Custom Email.
Enter the following details:
Click Next.
The setup process includes two verification steps to confirm domain ownership.
If the verification is successful, proceed to the next step.
Add the DKIM record provided in the setup wizard to your domain's DNS settings.
Once verification is complete, your custom email configuration will become active.

If you have already configured a custom email address for another portal within the same hub, you can reuse it instead of creating a new one.
Click Set Up Custom Email.
Select Choose Existing Email.
3. Choose an existing verified email address from the list.
After setup, all emails except hub invitations will be sent using the configured sender email address.
Navigate to Settings and click Custom Email.
Click Edit.

Most DNS updates are detected within 10–15 minutes. In some cases, verification may take up to 48 hours.
Your hub automatically reverts to using the default email address as the sender address.
You can edit a domain only before DKIM verification is completed. After DKIM verification, only the sender name can be modified.
