Accessing public manuals

There may be some information that is common to all teams in your organization. This information can be maintained as public manuals. These manuals will be available in the Explore tab.

1. To create a public manual, enable Everyone option while sharing a manual.

2. To view the public manuals, navigate to the Knowledge tab, then click Explore.
