You can include custom portal as an add-on to your existing paid plan in Zoho Learn. Depending on your needs, you can purchase users and portals in addition to the number of users and portal available in your current plan. The count of custom portal users applies exclusively to the portals you add to the hub and does not include the users within the hub itself.
To purchase custom portal add-ons:
- Click Upgrade on the top band or click the Settings (
) icon, then go to Subscriptions.
- Go the required plan (Express or Professional) and click Upgrade.
- Enter the number of custom portal users and the portals required, click Proceed.

- Review your order and enter your billing address.
- Enter the payment details and complete the payment.
