Steps to Upgrade and Downgrade your Plan

Upgrading to a paid plan

You can upgrade your Zoho Learn plan to enjoy more features and added benefits.

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Click the Settings () icon, then go to Subscription.

  1. Choose the required plan (Express or Professional) and click Upgrade.

  1. Choose the payment frequency (monthly or yearly) and the number of users you want to add to your plan.


     4. Review your order and enter your billing address.
     5. Enter the payment details and complete the payment.

Downgrading your account

You can change plans or downgrade users from your existing plan by following these steps.

To downgrade users:

  1. Click the Settings () icon, then go to Subscription.


       2. Click Downgrade User/Add-ons.


  1. Choose the number of users that you want to downgrade, then click Proceed.



You will see a message confirming your action.



To change your plan:

  1. Click the Settings () icon, then go to Subscription.

  1. Select the Change Plan option.

        3. Click Downgrade below the plan of your choice.


       4. Click Yes, Proceed Downgrade.

         5. You can choose to share the reason for your downgrade, then click Submit.
