 🔎 Quick look : More options ( ) -> External Sharing -> Enable -> Copy URL

External sharing lets you share individual articles with people outside your organization. You can create a public URL for the article and share it with people who want to access the article.

To share an article externally:

  1. Click the More Options ( ) icon  then click External Sharing.

  1. Enable the Article External Sharing option.

  2. Click Copy in the Share URL section to copy the URL to your clipboard.
