Article URL

You can copy the URL of an article by following one of the methods described below.

To copy the URL of an article:

Method 1
  1. Navigate to the article.
  2. Click the More Options icon () to the right of the article and click Copy Link.


The link will be copied to your clipboard.
Method 2
  1. Navigate to the manual.
  2. Click the More Options ()icon next to the article.
  3. Click Copy link.



The link will be copied to the clipboard.

Changing / modifying URL

An article URL can be changed or modified for any reason, such as  aligning with branding or personalization.
The users will be redirected to the appropriate page when a URL is changed or modified.

To change the URL:

  1. Navigate to the article.
  2. Click the More Options icon () to the right of the article, click Modify URL.

  1. Enter the new URL, then click Modify.


  1. If the URL already exists, an error message will be displayed. Enter a new URL, then click Modify.
