Article version history

View the list of the older versions of the articles. Expand the versions to view the change history, restore to previous versions, or delete a version.

To check the article version history:

Navigate to the article.
Click the More Options icon () to the right of the article.
Click Version History. You will see a list of all the versions.
To restore a previous version, click the More options icon () on the version, then click Restore.
To delete a version, click the More options icon () on the version, then click Delete.

You cannot delete the latest published version of an article.

Version history for the last 30 days since article creation is available in our Express plan.

Unlimited version history is available in our Professional plan.
