 🔎 Quick look : More Options ()  -> Version History

You can view older versions of an article, view change history, and restore and delete versions.

To check article version history:

  1. Navigate to the article, then click the More Options icon () to the right of the article.
  2. Click Version History. You will see a list of all the versions.


To restore a previous version:

Click the More Options () icon near the version and click Restore.


To delete a version :

Click the More options icon () near the version, then click Delete.



Notes
You cannot delete the latest published version of an article.
