Article Views
Article views refer to the number of times an article has been read or accessed by users.
Views serve as an important metric as it provides insights regarding the popularity of individual articles.You can also see the unique views of the article to understand who has interacted with it.
To check Article Views:
- Navigate to the article.
- Click the Eye (
) icon below the article name.
Engage in discussions and gain feedback on your articles through comments.
Comment lets you participate in conversations about the content and share your thoughts or suggestions. Additionally, you can @mention specific manual members to bring their attention to particular points or questions within the comments.
To add a Comment to an article:
Navigate to the article.
Click the Add Comment (
) icon to the right of the article view.
Add a comment and click Post.
Replying to comments allows you to engage directly with the readers of your article.
Click Reply , add your reply, then click Post.
Click Like on the comment.
You can make changes to comments after they have been posted.
Click the More Options (
) icon on the comment and select Edit.
Edit your comment, then click Update.

In addition to the user who posted the comment, comments on an article can also be deleted by the hub admin, the space admin, or the manual admin.
Click More Options (
) icon on the comment and click Delete.
