Duplicating an article lets you create a copy of the article without altering the contents in the original article. An article can also be duplicated so it can be kept as a backup.

To create a duplicate article:

Method 1:

1. Navigate to the article.
   

2. Click the Article Options  () icon and then click Duplicate.
   

      3. Select the manual and the chapter in which you want to save the copy and click Duplicate.

Method 2:

1. Navigate to the manual.
   

2. Click the Options () icon next to the article and click Duplicate. 
   

    3.Select the manual and the chapter in which you want to save the copy and click Duplicate.
