Article Duplication
Duplicating an article lets you create a copy of the article without altering the contents in the original article. An article can also be duplicated so it can be kept as a backup.
You can duplicate an article by following either one of the methods described below.
To create a duplicate article:
Method 1:
Navigate to the article.
Click the More Options (
) icon and then click Duplicate.
3. Select the manual and the chapter in which you want to save the copy and click Duplicate.
Method 2:
Navigate to the manual.
Click the More Options (
) icon and click Manage Article & Chapters.
3. Click the More Options () icon on the article, then click Duplicate. A duplicate article will be created.
4. Enter the name for the duplicate article and click Enter.
