Favorite, bookmark, and follow an article
To add an article to your favorites:
- Navigate to the article.
- Click the Add to Favorites icon (
) to the right of the article.
Your favorite articles will be available in the Favorites tab of the navigation bar.
To bookmark an article:
- Navigate to the article.
- Click the Bookmark icon (
) to the right of the article.
You can view the bookmarked articles under the Bookmarks tab under Knowledge module.
To follow an article:
- Navigate to the article.
- Click the More Options icon (
) to the right of the article.
- Click Follow.
