Mandatory reading simplifies the process of ensuring that users read and acknowledge essential information. This feature is ideal for sharing policy documentation, and company guides, guaranteeing that every user reads and confirms their understanding of critical information.

In Zoho Learn, administrators or contributors need to enable mandatory reading for a manual first. Once this is done, they can then enable mandatory reading for individual articles within that manual.
Additionally, you can customize the acknowledgment form that users submit after reading an article. Customization options include adjusting the form’s appearance, editing the message displayed on the form, and customizing the text and design of the acknowledgment button.
