Admins of the manual, space, or hub can restore or permanently delete articles from the trash.
If no action is taken, articles will be automatically removed from the trash after 90 days.
Viewing trashed articles
You can see all the articles that have been moved to trash and choose to restore or permanently delete them.
To view trashed articles:
- Navigate to the manual.
- Click the More Options icon (
).
- Click Trashed Articles.
Restoring an individual article
You can restore an individual article from trash. This will move the article back to its original location.
To restore an individual article:
- Click the More Options icon (
) on the article.
- Click Restore.
Deleting an individual article
You can choose to delete an article permanently by deleting the individual article from the trash.
To delete individual articles:
- Click the More Options icon (
) on the article.
- Click Delete.
Restoring a list of articles
Restoring a list of articles involves moving multiple articles from trash back to their original location.
This process allows you to recover several articles at once if they were mistakenly deleted or if you decide to reinstate them.
To restore a list of articles:
- Select the articles you want to restore.
- Click Restore.
Deleting a list of articles
Deleting a list of articles involves permanently removing multiple articles from the trash.
This action ensures that the selected articles are completely removed from the system and cannot be recovered.
To delete a list of articles:
- Select the articles you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
