You can choose to save the article that you have created as a draft. Articles in draft will be accessible only to contributors and admins of the manual.These articles will be visible to readers only after they are published.
Publishing an article allows readers to access your article. You can publish your article with or without notes, and with or without notifying members.
Navigate to the article.
Click on the Edit () icon to the right of the article view.
Click Publish at the top-right corner of the article.
You can add notes to inform others about any changes made in the article.
Navigate to the article and click the Edit () icon to the right of the article view.
Select Publish at the top-right corner of the article, then select Publish with version notes to publish the article with notes.
To see a preview of the article, click Preview at the top-right corner of the article.
Select Publish without notifying to publish the article without sending any notification to manual members and followers.
When you unpublish an article, it will be moved to drafts, and readers will lose access to it until it's republished, but the article will still remain accessible to other contributors and admins in the manual.
Navigate to the article.
Click the More Options ( ) icon to the right of the article, then click Unpublish.
