Ask Zia | Use // to summon and chat with Zia for help with creating and editing article content without switching tabs. |
Content creation | Generate content from scratch with the help of relevant prompts. |
Content modification | Refine, shorten, rephrase, punctuate, get antonyms and synonyms, or re-title your selected text. |
Summarize | Summarize an entire article or only the selected text when creating an article. |
How to access AI for article creation in Zoho Learn?
To access Ask Zia:
Go to the article editor.
Type in "//" or Click the Zia Magic Wand that appears while accessing the editor.
To generate content from scratch:
Go to the article editor.
Type in "//".
Write a prompt or pick one from the list.
To get content suggestions:
Select/ right-click the content and click the Zia Magic Wand.
Select the necessary prompt or write your own prompt by choosing Ask Zia.
To modify, regenerate/rewrite a response :
Click on the Zia Magic Wand on the right side.
Select Rewrite/ Write more content/ Shorten this paragraph, etc or even write your own prompt as per requirement.
Now, choose to replace the existing content with the regenerated content or insert it below the existing content, rewrite or discard it.
